1. License Grant

ZetaCap requires a one-time purchase of $5 via Gumroad for a lifetime license. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZetaCap for your personal or commercial video captioning needs.

2. Restrictions

Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not publicly share, distribute, or resell your license key. If abused, we reserve the right to revoke the license without refund.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZetaCap is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer of ZetaCap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost data, lost revenue, rendering issues, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and a license key has been generated.
